The joys if living in upstate NY the weather is still crappy as you can see from the picture, I am so ready for Spring and warm weather.

Roller Derby on Saturday wasn't quite as torturous. My lap time improved, however I think I may have only skated 4 instead of 5??? So I had 1 minute 28 seconds (I think) I wasn't counting laps, I thought they were so who really knows. I guess I will find out Wednesday if I have improved at all. I feel like I have improved in all the other areas, well except cross overs. I will get those sooner or later, I hope!
I'm sure that quicker lap time is something that takes time to achieve. "Rome wasn't built in a day." You are best to gradually improve, tone muscles, etc. which are not used for other things. I'm sure you can do it... just not the first week! LOL
